I would recommend Adrian Callow for any tree-surgery work that you may need to have done. Adrian's experience and knowledge were invaluable. He proposed a way of keeping the tree's shape, but at the same time greatly reducing the resistance that it would offer the wind. He also gave me a formula of wording that would be acceptable to the authorities.
